By accessing and using ConsultClick ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ConsultClick is a time tracking and client management application designed for consultants and freelancers. The Service allows you to:

• Track time spent on projects and clients
• Generate invoices based on tracked time
• Manage client and project information
• Generate reports and analytics
• Store and organise work-related data
• Store documents and files
• Track attendance and meeting notes
• Manage to-do lists and tasks

3. User Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than your own business operations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties

• You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service

• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• After 30 days, account data may be permanently deleted

11. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these terms from time to time
• Significant changes will be notified via email or service notifications
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
