After the trial ends, you can choose to continue with a paid subscription or your account will be paused until you decide to upgrade.

Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. You pay £37 per month for the first user, which includes full access to all features. Each additional team member costs £15 per month. You can add or remove users at any time through your account settings, and billing adjustments will be prorated automatically. For example, if you have 3 users, your monthly cost would be £37 (first user) + £30 (2 additional users) = £67 total.

Absolutely! We believe in flexible subscriptions with no long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, ensuring you get full value for what you've paid. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you need to pause your account temporarily, we can also help arrange that.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant and used by millions of businesses worldwide. We also support various local payment methods depending on your location. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export any information you need. During this period, you can also reactivate your account if you change your mind. Currently, we only offer monthly billing to provide maximum flexibility for our users. This allows you to scale your team up or down as needed without being locked into annual commitments. We may introduce annual billing options with discounts in the future based on customer feedback. For now, our monthly pricing is designed to be competitive and provide excellent value for the features and support included.
